Cravings

Hi guys,
On day nine and I having some pretty bad cravings. I have felt so horrible over the last week or so but I haven't wanted to drink and now that I'm feeling better, I do. Feeling better is a big trigger for me to relapse .Just trying to pass some time and get through this day. Thanks

Great post! I've heard it said a million times " the farther away we get from our last drink the easier it is to forget."

I'm right there with you Lscotty. Every time I start to feel better *BAM* my AV goes running wild in my head.

Have you tried urge surfing at all? I've heard good things about that.

Glad you came here to get past it!

Thanks guys. That was a great link, I think I try driving a different Way home from work tomorrow. I've never heard of urge surfing, what is it?

Heck yeah, as soon as we get a little spring in our step, we're all cured. And of course we all know that's just not the case. Stay strong. Wishing you the best.
