Hello all. After my last failed attempt in November I'm finally 2 weeks dry! I'm doing really well for quitting cold turkey and feeling great physically and mentally.

A 2 week challenge is what got me sober.......CBS had a 14 day on the wagon challenge earlier this year......if you couldn't make it 14 days without drinking or your vice ....that meant further exploration. I named my challenge the abc wide
world of sports 14 day on the wagon challenge to see if I would feel the thrill of victory or the agony of defeat.....remember that wipe out?!!!! Anyway. I failed and then I failed again and again. My point is ......you gotta start somewhere!

That is cool. Many can not or will not go cold turkey. It also worked best for me. Keep doing what you have been doing.
