But I must say; since my visit to the shrink & script I've been calmer, dealt with situations & not a panic attack. Being the weekend its there is not much I can do to more forward w\ my physical aspects yet. But I'm frightened b\ c of where I have to go; the epicenter of the riots & it is still heated.

I have too many friends & acquaintance's on the inside of the investigation to know, the summer is gonna be ugly. My cousin does have a safe full of legal weapons; so I know where to ship my parents haha.

But any way not a 100%, but on my way.
