wasted time

going to apply for 2 new jobs today . I always get in this really self defeatIng head space while writing resumes because of all of the gaps in my work history.
Wish me luck , more for the self depreciation than anything else. ..

Job interviews and writing resumes are both difficult things to manage. I'm sure you'll do your best to downplay the gaps in your work history and to highlight your strong points. Good luck!

Don't send out a chronological, work history focused resume if you have gaps. Do a bulleted skills and experience one, and get the interview. At some point you will have to provide a detailed work history, but that is often after the interview, often after you have been offered the job.
