Judgement Day
So, the day has arrived. I'm booked in for a liver scan at 9.30 this morning. Not gonna lie I'm sick to my stomach. I've been feeling ill for so long now I'll need a miracle today. Whatever the outcome, I'm done with alcohol. I had a bit if a breakthrough this morning. We get one life, one chance, there are no more takes. All the more reason to get it right. I realised I have no right to impact negatively on the lives of the ones I love, they only have one life too. Ahh yes, the tears have flowed this morning. Feeling sorry for myself but getting on with it.

Everything crossed for you.
My dad drunk a bottle of whiskey everyday for about 20 years, stopping drinking about 25 years ago.
Today his liver is fine and the only thing stopping him skipping about is a dodgy knee
