Hello
new to this site. in and out of AA for 15 years (day 17) Finally addressing underlying metal health issues. I was honest with doctor. Prescribed 1mg klonopin at night. A week now of 7+ hours, uninterrupted sleep (a miracle). Motives are pure, no euphoria...just calm, stable.

I've never been committed to honesty, it has not been easy, but I'm improving. If something is bothering me, I now talk about it.

So what's going to be different this time...honesty.
