I'm quasi-drunk, I shouldn't be, I'm pissed at myself for that

About 5 or 6 years. Not Sure how it started - life/death/work drama, like everyone elseon here I assume. You get some serious kudos from me for answering, FYI.

Have you tried to stop drinking before? Something that is helping me a lot is community support. I go to AA meetings and my local addiction support centre.

welcome to SR Cano. This is a great community and has helped me when I didn't think being sober was possible.

Maybe when you get a little more comfortable around here you will want to share some of your story. I am sure others will be able to relate and provide feedback.

Yes it helps. Just like The Matrix I used to cruise the internet while drunk looking for the answer to why I felt off. Something was wrong with my drinking. I'm much better now. I stopped. Good luck! You can stop too.
