Hello from Brazil.
Hello everyone. I am an American from Washington DC, 50yo, retired in Brazil. Booze is very cheap here, the sugar cane liquor known as cachaça is about US$1 for 500ml. Even though I am a good sized man about 200lbs, that 500ml is too damn much. It is just very frustrating. I have quit drinking several times, sometimes for as long as a few years. I don't get in trouble with the law or anything, but find that this level of drinking is disruptive to my life and goals.

Glad you're here, welcome.
I learned an acronym early on in my sobriety - I will never forget it, hopefully. YET = you're (we all are) eligible too!!!
What's the plan???
