Hi Everyone.
Day 6 and not craving to often. I still get to where I feel like I can taste it in my mouth sometimes. The real hard part has kicked in though. The constant tiredness, brain fog, sadness and the realization of the lonlieness. Ahh the beauty of being a long time drinker. I'm still very determined, but it's not easy...

congrats on day 6 Tc, yes, you will experience some fatigue and discomfort in the beginning. it will go away - it takes time, but you will start feeling better
