I recently had a SLIP and was shortly back to being NUTS.

Now I'm again Fully Relying on God.

Ironic. I've never been big on frogs, but my daughter gave me a cute bag for Christmas that I love. It has has a zen yoga frog all over it. The frog acronym is new to me and now my bag is another reminder to fully rely on God.

Whatever works to remember how to work my recovery!

I just read about FEAR False Evidence Appearing Real.

My favorite is AFGO, Another F***ing Growth Opportunity. Basically the optimistic view of a bad moment. "How can I use my program to get through this AFGO?"
