Hi Everyone.
Today was my first day at work without drinking the night before. I was able to tell a little difference. I wasn't as anxious and angry as I usually was. I was drinking a lot of water and had a bottle of seltzer water for the end of my work day. After work I went to an AA meeting which is totally out of my comfort zone. I enjoyed it as a lot of us have so much in common. I get my insurance in 4 weeks and i'm going to try seeing a counselor which is way out of my comfort zone...

Great Tc! Sounds like you are moving in the right direction. You'll thank yourself later, it's very admirable to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Way to go!
