Done with this
Sobered up after day drinking with my room mate all day. Wild turkey and puking. My girlfriend can't deal with much more. Can't blame her. I can't either.back on that wagon. I know I can get 3 days easy because if work but can i make it longer??? Hope so.
You can do it! Congrats on starting again. Perhaps you should rethink your relationship with your roomate. I had an alcoholic roomate and we were two peas in a codependantly drunk pod. Quitting, relapsing, making jokes, acting as if it was no big deal. Three prime years down the drain from my perspective now.
I hate to break it to you but hope alone is unlikely to do it. If you don't do something different you are likely to be right back where you are now, and hoping things will be different. Try something new! Do it a differently, please! Have a plan.

Hi.
Hope does not cut it if we WANT to get sober for ourselves.
Sobriety takes actions and the first is to be honest with our self about our drinking. Next is to accept the fact we cannot drink in safety one day at a time in a row. It’s that simple, tho not easy for most.
Alcohol recovery is much more than not drinking and requires much work and changes, again one day at a time.
Finding the correct armor and not being wishy washy about I don’t like this or that or it’s not a good fit etc.
Whatever is our solution, use it as this can be a great life life or a miserable life then death.
We have a choice.
BE WELL
