Day 62
I remember logging on here day 1 after my relapse. I was in hell for 4 days. Things are a lot better now. I'm on step 4, good stuff. Thanks for all the support. Those first days were hard. Not because I wanted a drink, but because of the shame and fear, not to mention the messed up brain chemicals and lack of sleep. It was great to be able to read stuff here when I couldn't sleep.

Hi and congratulations.
I was very hesitant when first approaching the 4th then someone said that it should not be scary as I knew for a long time all the things that will end up on paper. That person also suggested to only concentrate on the step I’m working on, temporarily forget the rest and if a roadblock happens with the current one go back one and do that one again.
Sure helped me.
