day 4 - intentions

my intention for today
celebrate how clear my brain feels

i'm proud of myself for the first time in over 10 years where i have gone this long without alcohol

Good for you! I/we need to continue that one day at a time in a row. We feel so much better as we continue on the path of sobriety.

Just think day 5 will be even better than day 4.....then day 6 will even be better than day 5....well you can guess the rest.....keep up the positive attitude...great job.

That's great *****. It doesn't seem long ago that I was like you in the single figures and wondering how it must feel to have months under my belt. Here I am now 95 days!
and feeling so good. Stay strong it really is worth it.
