I thought this might help some of us that are up for it! Looks really neat! Basically, it's like Luminosity (brain training activities), but they're designed to promote happy, healthy though patterns. Cool!!!!

It is fun so far. They are micro exercises. of course they want you to pay for full access, I am just doing the free version. Fun though!i can see how doing this consistently could generally raise my mood, so I am going to keep at it.
Firesprite - I think it was you who turned me onto the 100happydays. love it too - and it definitely helps!!

I'm having fun with this too.
It's funny how simple it all is - all they are really doing is forcing you to visualize beating your negative feelings back while recording & focusing on the positive. Last night I had a fleeting moment of anxiety & I mentally flashed back to playing the game where I had to destroy "Anxiety" with a slingshot. Visualizing the icon in the game & his snarky, sly smile falling off the ledge after being shot made me LOL just a little & I thought, "Mission Accomplished" & tucked that bad feeling away again.
I only spend about 15 minutes per day on the site, so I'm not investing a lot of time. The more you play, the more activities you unlock. They obviously push for the paid membership but I'm just signed up for the free version.
