Thumbs up my first posting
This is my first posting and first day of recovery.

I ended up here after going into an AA online chat room and for the first time ever admitted that i am an alcoholic. They say that recognizing and admitting your dependance is your first step to recovery. If so then i am on that pathway.

I like that i can blog and write what i feel without the guilt and shame that would be found if my postings were discovered by those who know me.
