Angry as hell

I am angry as hell.. Went to sleep with flashbacks and triggers of what the EXA put me through, woke up with flash backs and triggers.. Walking to work with flash backs and triggers... Grrrr

Keep breathing. I forget, are you seeing a therapist or counselor? Might be a good idea--you could call your local shelter an see if they can hook you up with someone to work with you while you're dealing with this.

I just hate all of this I really do I wish I could wash my mind clean of all of the trauma it's just yuk

I had nightmares of my ex ah for months. Of her cheating mostly. But they finally went away. Things do get better! Hang in there!

God knows but the main day is in April... Ugh... Having flashbacks of him being in a serious relationship with a woman when he first asked me out and finding out about it later on... Jesus Christ I was naive!! What a ******* slime ball... I am so angry... The truth hurts
