Wow
Sorry folks, it appears my avatar is bs.
I relapsed, again. &2 days. My plan is not working. I cannot keep this going. My anger is huge, hulk. Always near. But I have to add to my plan. AA is an option. But my parents are dead. I have a child and am s. Know what, **** it.

I like how you shared AA is an option.
Any help from someone who can teach
us about our addiction and feed us some
healthy, affective knowledge about it
so that we can incorporate it in all areas
of our life is a great start to remaining
sober.
Listen, learn, absorb and then apply
that knowledge and recovery tools
to you life so you don't and you wont
reach for poison that keeps us sick
in our addiction.
I care.

I am sorry my friends. The pain seems to run to deep. I have tried so hard. But Announcing my fall downs are honest, yet killing me. I have tried so hard to help newcomers, I cannot do this any longer. Goodby. I will come back. Someday.
Come on, now! Don't leave this site because of a relapse. You still have much to contribute, plus cutting yourself off from us isn't the solution.
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and throw away the booze. Ta Da.
oh - and stop beating yourself up. None of us are perfect.

SR has been a GREAT lifeline in recovery
for me and as I read others shares or post
daily, I see that this place is also a GREAT
help for them too.
Work on your recovery program for you
and share your ups and downs with us
here at and your meetings so that it can
not only help you stay on track but in doing
so is helping others when you least expect
it to.
Someone wrote on their post that they
are for TEAM SR.
I liked seeing that and do feel like we
are all members of TEAM SR.
Get some rest, get rid of the poison
then return with a willingness to take
suggestions to guide you along in your
desire to remain sober one day at a time.
You can do this like many have said.

Pat, we are family here and we're here for you. You can pick yourself up and start again and we're here to help.
You have offered help to many members and now we're all ready to help you get through this.

Sorry to hear about this Patman. Don't punish yourself, okay? Leaving SR doesn't look like the best choice for you. It can be really frustrating to give and yet still have our own difficulties which somehow feel so overwhelming. I just want to say here what you already know - quitting does work. Its true enough we each are responsible to not pickup no matter what, and so when it does happen, the first place to look is at ourselves of course, but not to beat ourselves up. Stand up, quit again, and move on doing the next right thing to stay quit. Drinking isn't working, as you know.
I hope you stay and I hope you quit drinking asap. You've helped others here Patman. And I believed you have been helped as well. Don't let continued drinking destroy any of that good news.

Hulk is here. When he comes I cannot hold him. the anger the self hate, when it comes is just too much. Ok Anna. For you I will come down.
Where the hell do you think you're going?
Goodbye is unacceptable.
You stay right here.
Except when you're at your AA meetings.
AA is not 'an option'.... It's an obvious next step.
C'mon man. Get off the Merry-go-round to misery town and join the joyousness of sobriety.
Love Ya, buckle down.
