Anxiety self help

Does anyone know of any decent self help books available for anxiety?

I have "awareness" and "feel the fear and do it anyway" so far

"When Panic Attacks" by David Burns MD

"From Panic to Power" by Lucinda Bassett

These books will help you to deal with anxiety without medication.

Stewy Annas recommendations are awesome Anna helped me with some books and showed me about buying reused books off sites rather than buying brand new at the bookstore

Lucinda Bassett has a bevy of books and cds out there. I bought a whole set on ebay for not too much money. Listened to it three times. Extremely helpful!! I have read a few other books on the subject but IMHO she had the most effective coping mechanisms. Good luck to you.

Thanks everyone,

I will give the suggestions a try and feedback. At the age of 30, I think I have discovered reading as an enjoyable hobby

Any more suggestions are most welcome
