I have done the same thing. It is unforgivable (lol). Of course it's ok. Be ok with it. I don't mind.

((Thomas11)) No worries. Early sobriety is really tough. Sounds like you are able to identify some of your triggers. Avoid them at all cost. Life is so much better sober.

No worries dude, we all make our mistakes. I know I've made my share.

Just remember, always turn a mistake into a lesson, and don't just leave it as a mistake.

No worries. Par for the PAWS course. I often find myself getting irritable and need to check myself. Don't want to drag my family or others down with my BS. I do think it's lessening over time. Have a relaxing weekend!

No apologies...! Your post was awesome. I was feeling the same thing when I read it. I am starting PAWS and dealing with conflict and stress is impossible. Coming here helps, so keep doing that when you feel overwhelmed.
