I am coming back and starting over at day 1 again. I recently moved to a new state (thankfully, one that has mountains like the previous state) and gave in to the voice that says handling stress with booze is ok. There have been so many day ones since joining this forum several years ago. Each time I come back I find so much encouragement and support.

This morning after dumping the rest of the vodka down the drain, I came here to SR and posted in one of the check in threads. Then checked a few other spots. I feel like I am among family here.

Thanks everyone for all of your encouragement and support to me and each other. No matter where you are on your sobriety journey, you will find great wisdom here!

SR is really a wonderful lifeline!
