Thanks for the reply! Dr said enzymes still slightly elevated and acted as if there was nothing to worry about, I guess I'm just not as optimistic. I figured after 11 months of 0 Alcohol things would be back to normal
If you had kept going on drinking, just think about what kind of shape you'd be in.
It's an awesome thing that you're 11 months sober!! You've been doing all you can for you and your family by getting sober. As others have mentioned, if you're still concerned, you can always get a 2nd opinion.

Lonelyboy, fabulous job with 11 months. How has it been? You are doing one of the single greatest things for yourself.
My suggestion would be to ask your doctor the next time you see or call him/her if you have anything to worry about. If s/he says "nothing to worry about" then do not worry. If you are still worried then ask every single question you have until you cannot think of even one more. Try to chill.
Glad you are here and hang in there. You are among friends.

It's good to have you with us, LonleyBoy. Congrats one 11 months! That's pretty epic! As others have said, if you had just kept drinking you'd really be a mess now. As hard as it is, try to let go. You didn't get into this mess in a year and you won't get completely in a year. If the doctor isn't worried, then try not to worry too much yourself.
You have no power to change the past, LonleyBoy. So focus your time and energy on the things you can control- namely today and tomorrow.

I'm sure your doctor would have told you if there was anything to worry about LonleyBoy
Congratulations on 11 months of sobriety very impressive

After nearly 2 years, my Dr never mentions my liver numbers like he used to. Every visit (I have a long term health issue and go every 3 months) would be a lecture about the liver enzymes, even asking if I had been exposed to hepatitis.
It gets better with time and congrats on 11 mos!
