Welcome! You're not alone. Many of us feel very lost at the end of our drinking days. You've come to a great place for support.

Are you planning to stop drinking? If so, it's a good idea to talk to your dr because detoxing can be dangerous. Then, get rid of all the alcohol in your home. You might want to check out AA, AVRT or SMART as support, and I hope you continue to post here.

Thank you so much all of you.ive lost most of my support here.im currently an active drug user and its so bad now that ive lost everything and struggling everyday.I dont know what to do anymore.I have a few friends that are helping me with what they can.im so broken inside .I cry everyday.this happened so fast .im stressed out!!
