I run.

That's it.I run.Every day.Actually anytime that I'm not at work or sleep. I run like crazy.I can't explain it.Last thursday I woke and got myself a good pair of running shoes.(without having any plans or experience or ...!) and since then I am running. it feels like I am running for my life or something! Day 82.

Running was always a chore for me until I discovered the trails.

I've given up heavy drinking for heavy running.

I love to run, too. A saving grace for me is that most of my friends are from running, biking etc. so most don't drink or drink very little.

I find running therapeutic. I'm not a super serious runner, but I'm trying to be because it is a GREAT stress reliever. Gotta have some of those to keep me sane

All right Forrest Gump!

I'm just now getting back into running after a long absence. It occurred to me today that running is like the opposite of drinking. The lousy / hangover-like part is the actual running (I'm still getting my endurance up) and the buzz / natural high comes after.

I am being careful not to overdo & get injured as I've typically done in the past. It can be addictive, amirite?

Great on 82 days!

I run as well. Have been for over 35 years. For those of
you increasing mileage, the accepted rule of thumb is to
up your weekly total by no more than 10%, to reduce
your injury risk.
