wedding shoot went great didn't drink

First time exposure since detox. Wedding shoot went great. It was not bothering me at all that the girls were drinking champagne whilst getting ready.
After the ceremony the boys drank beer (my poison) jees the smell of it was enough to put me off! Jees it stinks!! Same goes for wine!
I could also smell it from 3-5 metres away (my sense of smell has improved dramatically it seems, only for alcohol it seems!)
Then the reception I was surrounded by drinking people and grog everywhere. Looked at some full beer bottles and not once I felt tempted (must be my campral and Naltrexone working really well!)

So great night where I did think about it once thinking about the fact that normally I'd have heaps after work in my hotel room. Glad I didn't have to do that now.

I like this sober life!

Congratulations Pink! I remember from my wedding planning how alcohol is present everywhere - you should be very proud

Good for you. I used to chains smoke while drinking red wine so I would have stunk 24/7. I never noticed so didn't think that other people would. The smell must have been horrendous.
