Morning
My and ABF are still together - he has fought hard to get the support he needs and he has the appt today - he wants to be sober & said that he doesn't want to die by 35.

He has a cataract removal under GA on the 30th so worried about acute detox.. Not sure how much he told anaesthestist as his mum went with.

But I am now losing the remainder sight - glaucoma & end stage diabetic retinopathy. Devastated but their is light there - I have a guide dog matching visit.

Wow, facing that sober would be tough. While drunk it would be off the scale. My thoughts are with you. I hope your ABF gets the help he needs.
