Hi everyone,

Just checking in to let you know I'm still here and going strong. 10weeks now.

I'm feeling more confident and less anxious than I ever have before. Everyone is telling me how well I look and I'm starting to see it myself.

The exercise is going well I get a huge buzz from lifting weights. I know I have lost weight but havn't been on the scales so not sure how much.

I'm still eating what I want when I want and intend to for a while yet and then I'll attack the diet and work on healthy eating.

I'm over the sleepiness, in fact its turned around a bit and I am a bit sleepless at times. Never mind in the main I'm happy with how things are going. I'm really concentrating on only listening to positive things and telling the negative to shut up and go away!

I've been hanging around the site most days reading and taking advice from you all, but havn't posted as much because nothing new to report.

I hope you guys are going well. Stay strong, together we can do this.
