Red face This too shall pass

I have over 2 months sober and have had several years of sobriety in the past. One saying I learned was "This too shall pass". When I drank I just wasted my life. I laid around and didn't do anything. When I got sober again this year I told myself I was going to get so many things done - sewing, painting, taking walks, etc. After one month of sobriety I was hit with vertigo. I am dizzy all the time, sometimes as bad as the dizziness and nausea you get from drinking too much. This has been happening on and off for 1 and 1/2 months. It's like I am drunk again. I can't do the things I've been wanting to do. I'm frustrated, but I just keep thinking "This too shall pass". Maybe God wants me to rest for a reason. I had a balance test and see the ENT doctor tomorrow. I've been praying to God to make this go away, if that's his will. I'm just grateful I'm still sober today.

congrats on 2 months!
and maybe you're right - maybe this is a higher powers way of telling you "hey hey, slow down"
I hope you get good test results back as well

Congrats and I'm sure the doctor can help you. My sister has similar problems but it's now manageable with her medical care xxx
