Made 1 year!!!
Hello:
Typing from my phone but it can't wait. I want to shout it!!! I made it 1 year. I don't think I would have been able to do it without you SR. I found this place and started posting 3 months after making my desicion and it really opened my eyes and educated me about addiction and life in general. I have said before that people here have touched me in ways they will never know and it still hold true. I have learned so much here.
A year ago I was so hungover I wanted to die. I was throwing up and hating everything, I was deadly I'll so I was inpatient with my then 3 yr old. That's not how I wanted to be so I decided to make that change.
I am truly happy with my new sober life!!! I am so proud of myself!!! I am not sharing this in my real life but I will scream it here!!!
Woohoooo!!!
And many more years to come!!!
We make our life!!! Let's make it what we want it to be!!!
