OK ,made it to 4 Months today.....

OK ,made it to 4 Months today.....

Still tired and fatigued , not fully (or even way) motivated to do much..Guess that takes around 6 months from what I hear ...

But , my kids and wife no longer stare at me like OMG , whats he gonna say or do now???!!" ..

My body is no longer killing me ..

My eyeballs don't feel like they are falling out of my head..

My diagnosed case of eczema has strangely cured itself ...

I am no longer sweating and shaking like a rabid dog..

I no longer think that everyone on the planet is against me...

And whats really awesome , I have meet some great folks here , and will continue to come by here for the motivation..

(Now anyone seen my Miller Light??? Anyone???!!!) ...errr , dangit , I am drinking Monster now aren't I???!! And it's right in front of me..

I'm almost to 5. Good to hear about the 6 mos mark as I have been feeling so unmotivated and foggy and wondering why I'm not feeling more energized now that I'm not drinking. I guess we meus be patient. Not a strong suit for a hedonist.

I am starting to feel better as well and I just passed the 2 month mark. How long and often were you drinking Nofearnobeer?

Hi no fear,

Im 2 weeks behind you.

Your right about still being tired/fatigued and low motivation.

Did you find a marked improvement after 3 months? I have, just getting used to a life without reaching for a beer when stressed etc is a challenge. I too hope to see improvements passed 6 months, 3 month s were true so hoping 6 is also.
