Well messed it up again.
Posting here when upset but I do read and post for others when sober and positive so I hope the forum karma balances out.
Drank last night seriously.. Got 2 hours sleep.. Feel like death and have teaching all day.. Taking it 1 second at a time.. Feel like a pressure cooker.. Tough timetable means can't get to as at the moment.. Told wife this Morning.. Want to inform her how serious and out of control it is and also want to insulate and protect her so I don't appear weak.. General madness abounds.. Anyway that's me

Jim I guess it's about lunchtime for you so it's going to be a long afternoon of teaching for you, I hope you feel OK. I taught through a lot of days like that so I know what it's like.

In general we alcoholics have a poor memory regarding pain. I suggest for future reference this as a REMEMBER WHEN if the thought of drinking enters your mind at an insane moment.
Our alcoholism never gets better so is it illogical to not test it?
