Craving drugs today....need help
Don't know what to say.......I feel I'm obsessing about Pot....even though I made up my mind to never do it again.....I got a drug dealer's phone number & I even drove past his house but thankfully he wasn't home......Need to talk....I can't afford to do it again...I've made too many promises to other people & myself....

Alcoholic here. I'm with you. I felt like I was reaching for a beer earlier today. Had that feeling for several hours. I just stayed with SR and it passed. What's going on in your life that might be triggering you?

Good choice. You can do it. One moment at a time just say no.
The promise to your self.... For me I will not smoke today. Deal with it one day at a time. One moment at a time if need be.
You have made some great choices, you can continue to do so.

Thanks everyone for your support........I go to see my Psychiatrist tomorrow,
I've just got to hang in there till tomorrow.......It's only been 4 days since I smoked Pot but I know I can do it...even though I have Pot in the house...I'm not going to smoke it.....

Good that you can see that.
A warning given where a problem could have been is better then sitting and saying nothing. Seems you know yourself well and know where a balance is as far as the Valium.
Not as harmful as... but for many it could be as harmful or even more harmful.
