30 days for me today!
It really does seem like months but I guess it is because it has been tough! Did some Zumba for the first time, had more ice cream than I have EVER had, and I was there for my daughter when she really needed her mom. So I feel good about my first month but I am still very fearful. Thanks for listening!

You are so right about being "present"
I was really struggling on this particular night and went to cool down downstairs. Then the crisis happened with my daughter. Normally, I would have been in my escape world with a few beers in me but I wasn't and I can't explain the feeling I had knowing that I changed.
