In my head...

Im really stuck in my head tonight... Lately I am having these almost flashes of past memories... Women i havent thought about in years and havent seen in more... little snippits and flashes that are keeping me stuck up in my head and I really hate it. I understand wreckage of my past and the such but these are flashes that seem to have no reasoning or merit to anything aorund me at the time... just writing about it helps and im trying to stay busy anyway to get out of my mind. Im off to a meeting tonight and then hopefully some rest tonight instead of tossing and turning and wondering why the hell I did what i did...

If you are going to meetings you should get yourself the book and start reading it, eventually you are going to do the steps. What you are experiencing in your head right now is part of the healing process. It will also become an integral part of the step process.

Keep posting and keep a journal if you are inclined.
