So today I went to the pub...

Went with hubby and in laws for a meal..and not only did I not drink, I didn't even want one!! I insisted everyone else should drink if they wanted to as I really wasn't bothered. I looked at those glasses of wine and I felt...nothing!!
Except perhaps a slightly smug sense of satisfaction.
I know its early days and I won't let complacency set in but seriously..l can't believe I felt like that! Its been 14 days now and I'm actually proud of myself.

Great job on not drinking. I have found that I never know when i will or won't a drink so I avoid drinking establishments especially in early sobriety.
