my tools

Good evening to all. I wanted to share with you the list of my tools of my recovery. It is a big set but so far it works for me so maybe, it helps someone or gets someone curious and wants to ask a question. Don't hesitate:

AA meetings
NA meetings
NA sponsor
NA steps
therapist
DBT program
Did 90 days program
acupuncture
yoga
gym
psychiatrist
meds


and if you guys have any suggestions, I would like make this threat of suggestations and ideas. Good Night to all.

Hi and congratulations.

A big tool for me that worked for me is the TAKE ACTION tool.
Talking about all these things and others like just reading, but putting them in action are 2 different things.

How about a gratitude list. Write 2 or 3 things that you're grateful for each day.
