Struggling @ day 64
Over the last 2 days I've been desperate for a beer. Can't be bothered to do much. Haven't done any exercise. I don't know whether to to have a one or two beers or just head for a brothel. This is just a total **** feeling
I found I had to really put in effort against my cravings, or else I'd just be carried along passively until I bought beer.
Getting off the couch helps...even housework can help. Maybe some exercise would help too? eating something is a great way to combat cravings too...
The worst thing you can do is nothing...
here are some more tips

Hi Chancesah,
I noticed your post heading because I'm on 64 days as well.
I've had my down moments too. Tough isn't it?
I don't reckon going back to day 1 will make either of us feel better though.
Keep posting and do whatever it takes to get thru this moment

Why are you even thinking about it? That's what usually gets us in trouble. Thinking. Listening to our false self, ego, AV.. whatever you want to call it. Remember, you are not your thoughts, and you don't need to act on them.
When the urge, or thought to have a drink hits you just shut it down. Now. Do not contemplate it. Just tell yourself it's "not an option" and move on. Once you do this a half dozen times it will stop bugging you.
