60 Day update
Hi Everyone, hope you all keeping sunny side out 
well its actually 63 days now since my last update, all going well, came off the campral as they gave me a headache and fatigue ....don't know if they worked or not!!!! prefer not be on meds and go au natural
Anyway all good and a lot better from my 50 day update, sleeping better, wooly head going more energy and generally feeling happier in myself, on a percentage basics I would say 60% better since my last report.
So there it is..... I am a living human specimen and proof that it does get better without the demon drink.. still have a bit to go though as sometimes when stressed I can feel the anxiety inside me and the little men talking in my head.... but that is getting less and less as time goes on, trying to remove myself from stressful situations and relax more, generally away better, good work done but more to do!! bring it on baby will give update in few weeks, have a nice day and stay safe
