i managed 3 days again!
3 days again, whoo hoo! am sooo happy.
reaalllllly tired though, properly exhausted. not feeling too guilty about sleeping in though-if its gonna help me get sober, then i will 'suffer' through it and it will benefit my family in the long term. and i haven't had a brain clench all day.

Well done! Your post is exactly what I want mine to be in two days time. This weekend I went through an epic bender (could be as much as 40+ drinks) which before was preceded by off and on binging. Long story short I've gone from 20 drinks Saturday, to 7 Sunday, to 3.5 yesterday (2x rolling rock 25oz cans spaced 12 hours apart) to nothing today. Its now been 18 hours and I hope to be over the worst of it, and be in your position in two days. Keep it up!
