Help with detoxing?

I've been detoxing for 5 days, 1 hour & 41 minutes. I get these sudden sugar cravings and anxiety attacks. I've been making sure to exercise, meditate, take baths, eat three healthy meals a day. Does anyone have any suggestions to make the first 12 days of this detox better?

Detoxing is pretty unpleasant, but as you're on Day 5, hopefully you're through the worst. And, it sounds like you're doing appropriate things to help you through this.

Sound about par for the course. If the anxiety attacks get too bad or become debilitating, you might want to consider seeing a counselor or doctor about it.

Hi.

I suggest drinking plenty of sugar based drinks and candy, cake, ice cream etc because the body needs to replace the sugars in the alcohol it’s missing.
4-5 weeks should be enough sugar time.

B1(niacin) supplement. Sounds dumb but they give it to you in the hospital if you do a medical detox. It really helps
