Help with detoxing?
I've been detoxing for 5 days, 1 hour & 41 minutes. I get these sudden sugar cravings and anxiety attacks. I've been making sure to exercise, meditate, take baths, eat three healthy meals a day. Does anyone have any suggestions to make the first 12 days of this detox better?

I suggest drinking plenty of sugar based drinks and candy, cake, ice cream etc because the body needs to replace the sugars in the alcohol it’s missing.
4-5 weeks should be enough sugar time.
