new to blogging
hi, am completely new to the blogging scene , so not entirely sure how this works
Have read some posts from people dealing with alcohol abuse, and find the comments and stories are helpful in dealing with the day to day struggles
Any guidance on how to "blogg " effectively would be appreciated :-)

This is the forum part of the site.
It works as a series of 'threads' - this one begins with your initial post and then you'll get responses like mine...someone else will soon respond...and you can add your own responses anytime you want to as well.
We do have a blog section here as well but you won't get anywhere as much feedback there.
Feel free to ask any questions - we're here to help

The page is wide open for whatever you want to share. It can be an encouragement, an inspirational thought, a personal story or experience, something you saw that touched, impressed or moved you, a rant or a vent session, asking for support, sharing when something hasn't worked out for you - or anything else.
A good place to start is to tell a little of your personal story, how you ended up at this forum and what you are doing for your plan to stay sober. Whatever level of detail you share is entirely up to your own comfort level. :-)
