Wanted to say hi :-)
Haven't been on recently and wanted to say hi and haven't forgotten about everyone :-) Been doing really well the last week. Kinda afraid to say that incase i jinx myself. I did my reiki attunement last Saturday and it's helped such a lot treating myself every night I've been a little afraid to come on for a bit incase it made me crave more. Don't want to stop though as I love this place. Just needed a little break.
Hope everyone doing well too and if not it does get easier. Missed everyone and lots of hugs xx
