Made it back.........

somehow ................AGAIN

Just wanted to check in at day 6 and plans are in place

Been to AA twice already and if am totally honest I have pushed my luck health wise and everything else wise to the point of that is finally it

took a while .............

back on board for your support and to help others

thanks guys and gals

you know how much your is needed and appreciated

day 1 was literally hell but don't need to tell you that

right now eating like a horse .....some healthy some just plain crap but better than booze

loving the low lying anxiety / lethargy not to mention the insomnia .......thank god for books
