Nearly at day 20, work from home most of the time but went in to work today. Someone commented on my hair looking nice and I thought to myself it looks nice because I'm usually hungover and just tie it back because I can't be bothered but today I actually made an effort because I don't feel like death warmed up. I know it's only a small thing but it felt positive.

Had a productive day in the office and it wasn't a struggle. Finding life so much easier without hangovers and worrying if I smell of stale booze.

So all in all feeling positive and not feeling as rough as I did the first time I gave up.
