My stomach pain seems to be getting a little better. Hopefully I didn't do permanent damage... how long does it take the pain to fully disappear?

I'm not sure how long it will last but I'm glad it's getting better and I am happy to see you posting. Physical problems are really scary but remember that the "scare" wears off. Print your original post and keep it close so that you can remind yourself of how you feel right now and always rely on SR when you need us. Everyone here has the same goal, so we are in this together. Have you created or tweeked your plan?

I hope that pain goes away, and that it goes away forever!!!

Thanks an yes I have tweeked my plan an it mainly involves not believing I can just have one

Everyone will be different, for me my body adjusted physically in a matter of weeks, I stopped feeling things I used to!!

Tonib-you should probably go to a doctor to rule different things out. Additionally, you could talk to your doctor about increasing your exercise at the same time.
