To all here and for supportive threads yesterday.. Got me through.. My av was screaming for another drink last night - can you believe it- but I genuinely would have been so disappointed to throw the good wishes of the SR community away.. Went to aa and sober again this evening..

Well done. Although far from perfect, I've used the strength I've gained by being a member of this community to get through the day. Sometimes the next hour.

Hi JimdiG, we don't know each other but I just wanted to say congrats on staying sober last night. Every time I see a post like yours it gives me a little more hope. Treat yourself to something (healthily) rewarding today!
