I joined my Class thread and went to meetings every day. I still read recovery material and come here every day. I no longer go to meetings. This site and reading have been enough for me. Do what it takes.

You know what to do.

Don't pick up a drink today. Really commit to that every morning.

Welcome back Helpless!!

What support are yo using? I tried to do things on my own sheer willpower for a long time, and every time my own mind, which was addicted in isolation would convince me to drink.

Instead I needed something outside of my self to short circuit my own thoughts, something to give me a second opinion on things when I felt like drinking.

Get a plan in place and go at things again, you can do this!!
