Hello and welcome, you will find a lot of support here.
I binged like you for over twenty years. It took it's toll. I lost everything. Still I drank.
There was no logic to it, I just couldn't stop.
When I think of the lost days, friends and possessions it breaks my heart.
You're still young. You have your whole life in front of you. You don't have to live the nightmare I did.
It's great you realize you have a problem. Now comes the time for action, whether it be here or AA or some other program.
I'm proud to tell you all is not lost. I quit and it's been over four years now after the binging turned into every day drinking. Believe me, it does get worse.
Coming here helps me a lot. So does belief in a Higher Power greater than myself. I couldn't do it on my own.
We're here for you. I wish you the best and stick around.
