Relapsing
Glad you survived it DK3. You might feel like giving up, but that's just a line of BS your addiction is trying to feed you. You wouldn't have come back here if you gave up, right?
So what's the plan this time?

DK learn from this remember it accept it write it down keep a journal strenghten your sobriety plan in any way possible
Make sobriety your only thing it will bring you a peace that brings you bk to you
Work at it then work at it some more then some more it really pays off
Take yourself out of yourself volenteer somewhere ?
Glad your bk bud

It's quite overwhelming how I felt each time I relapsed. Right now I only have 25 days - after having almost 8 months. Very humiliating, discouraging, depressing - I just had to tell myself that I never have to feel that way again. I don't have to have a Day 1 ever again. It's the only thing that got me through those first few weeks. Not that I have so much more time than that now, but the further away I get from day 1 the better I feel and things are definitely improving. Relapsing hurts us spiritually, mentally, and physically. I never want to go back there again. You can do this, just try not to focus on time so much as experience.
