Day 18

Hello! Well I felt pretty good yesterday and today and the voice in my mind has quieted down a little. He is still there trying to justify my usage, but I have been able to quiet him down a little and enjoy the feeling of sobriety.

I really want to thank everyone for all their responses so far. Everyone here has been so caring and nice. It is nice to be surrounded by a community of people that have an idea about what I am feeling.
